6. When can I start Core Restore after having a baby?
You can begin from 3-4 weeks post uncomplicated vaginal delivery OR 6-8 weeks post cesarean birth or assisted vaginal delivery (forceps, vacuum, episiotomy, 3rd or 4th degree tearing).
7. I'm not postpartum but I want to improve leaking, diastasis, and prolapse...which course is best for me?
You'll want the Pilates Pelvic Floor & Core Restore course!
